How can I tell if she is pregnant? She is a pure bred pitbull dog. She is not spayed. She is suddenly acting a little different than normal and I know she just went through her heat cycle. She is often in her front yard alone, so it is possible for her to be pregnant. My neighbor asked me what I thought was wrong. How can we tell if she is pregnant?

Wait for about 30 days after you saw her in season and take her to your vet and have her checked.
If you don’t plan to breed her, than I would suggest spaying her so you don’t have to worry about it again.
