I have a puppy with a cleft palate that I could not bear to have put down. I have tube fed him for five weeks and have just started introducing him to dry food. Any suggestions on how to accomplish that? I have been putting drops of formula on the food and he can eat it but not with gusto. You know of course I cannot make soft food as is recommended. Secondly does anyone know a “good” veterinarian surgeon in the Tidewater Virginia area? Any foundation which might help with defraying the costs? Thanks
