Help.. There is a stray dog that has a puppy stuck, I found her today and the neighbors said they have seen her for days, with something coming out of her (They could not get there hands on her and she has bitten one person), What should I do? I just feel so bad for her and want to help her, I live in the country and have called the only vet in the area and they will not come out and pick her up. The Vet tech she will probably die without help…. IS there ANYTHING I can do? Thank you.
