Your puppy is not old enough! The puppy will definitely need to be supplemented with milk re-placer. I would recommend esbilac. The puppy should be at least 7-8 weeks old before it leaves its Mom. Three weeks is way too young. That breeder seems like she doesn’t know what she is doing.

I don’t think there is a problem with having them sleep in there bed. If they begin to be dominant over your children like growl at them when moved in the bed they should not be allowed to stay. It should be a privilege for the dog to be there. Make sure you have your kids feed her so she realizes they are the boss.

Sometimes I have mistaken the uterus for being another puppy. Because when it contract it will be a hard ball in her stomach area. How is she doing now? Is she eating and drinking?

There is a possibility it could be a cyst. I had a dog that had a cyst in a similar place. Fortunately it was not a tumor. I would definately keep in close contact with your vet and if you have any further questions you may want a second opinion. It would be super hard for me to have the pregnancy ended.
